Confirmed orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business day(s) if they are placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 12pm and over the weekends will be processed on the following Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday, excluding public holidays.
We will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking number after we have dispatched your order.
Please locate your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email or by logging into your user account. You can track the shipment by entering tracking number in the courier website. Please allow a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email for the system to reflect the status of your order delivery.
